四环素族和半四环素族都可以沉积在骨和牙齿的钙化区域。由于牙组织矿物质的转换不活跃,药物可以长期贮留,产生色素沉着,使牙齿变黄。新生儿即使短期服用四环素也极易引起乳齿的色素沉着。母亲如果在妊娠期服药,由于四环素能通过胎盘,也会对胎儿产生同样的影响,特别当妊娠已达六个月之后更易出现。恒齿的钙化在出生后4~6月开始,大约5~6岁时即完成。6~7岁以下
Both Tetracycline and Tetracycline can be deposited in the calcified areas of bones and teeth. As the conversion of mineral minerals in the tooth is not active, the drug can be stored for long periods, resulting in pigmentation, yellowing of the teeth. Neonatal even short-term tetracycline can easily cause pigmentation of milk teeth. If mothers take their medicines during pregnancy, tetracyclines will pass through the placenta as well and will have the same effect on the fetus, especially if the pregnancy has reached six months. Permanent tooth calcification in 4 to 6 months after birth, about 5 to 6 years old to complete. 6 to 7 years old
