关于煤矿工人尘肺与结核关系的文献是非常少的,而且很少有人说明煤矿工人患结核的情况。据已有的文献来看,目前对于这个问题的认识还不够一致;有人认为煤尘有防止结核病的作用(Haldane),也有人认为煤尘能影响工人的健康情况,使肺脏的抵抗力降低而易于发生结核病(Cox),但是也有些学者主张煤尘并不能使结核病的患病率增高或降低。鉴于上述情况,阐明煤矿工人患结核病的情况,特别是煤矿工人尘肺与结核的关系,无疑对当前煤矿工人尘肺防治工作以及煤矿工人的防痨问题,有着特殊重要的意义。
There is very little literature on the relationship between coal miners pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis, and few people explain the case of coal miners suffering from tuberculosis. According to the existing literature, there is not enough consensus on this issue at present; some people think that coal dust has the effect of preventing tuberculosis (Haldane), and some people think that coal dust can affect workers’ health and reduce lung resistance Cox is prone to occur, but some scholars claim that coal dust does not increase or decrease the prevalence of tuberculosis. In view of the above, elucidating the situation of coal miners suffering from tuberculosis, especially the relationship between pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis among coal miners, it is undoubtedly of great significance to the prevention and control of pneumoconiosis among coal miners and the prevention of coal miners.
