The Shanghai Russian Daily Newspaper was founded in Shanghai by a pro-socialist Russian such as Shemeshko in 1991 and was financed by the Soviet government in about early 1920. In the spring of the year, Wu Tingkang and his party shouldering the mission of party building not only came to China as reporters and reporters, but also set up the Comintern East Asia Secretariat in the newspaper. Since then, the “Shanghai Russian Daily Newspaper” has not only become a propaganda tool owned by the East Asia Secretariat, but also a cover agency for the Bolshevik activities in China. As the members of the newspaper helped to co-locate the Soviet Union and the Comintern within the newspaper and engage in activities to establish communist organizations in China, the newspaper as a group played a special role in the early communist movement in China. 1 92 At the end of 2002, the publication of the “Shanghai Russian Newspaper” was suspended due to the termination of financial aid from Russia, but many newspapers workers continued to work for the Bolsheviks.
