工业产品质量管理活动的内容,根据产品是供给特定用户还是供给非特定用户而略有差异,另外也依站在购入者立场还是站在供应者立场而有所不同。从购入者立场上,质量管理工作的首要问题是如何进行商品检查。虽说对诸如抽样法之类的检查做了一些研究,但是,为了获得确实的质量,光靠检查是不够充分的。产品质量是制造出来的,因此对供应者提出一些要求是必要的。交易之际,在签订的质量合同上,不仅规定产品质量标准,而且要把生产工艺、管理办法等要求事项规定下来。
The content of industrial product quality management activities differs slightly depending on whether the product is supplied to a specific user or a non-specified user, and also varies depending on whether it is on the purchaser’s behalf or the supplier’s position. From the purchaser’s standpoint, the primary issue of quality management is how to conduct commodity inspections. Although some research has been done on inspections such as the sampling method, the inspection alone is not sufficient to obtain a definitive quality. Product quality is manufactured, so it is necessary to make some demands on suppliers. At the time of the transaction, not only the product quality standards, but also the production processes, management methods and other requirements are stipulated in the signed quality contracts.
