本文采用CuCl2和乙二醇双(α-氨基乙基)醚四乙酸在甲醇和水溶液中合成了双核铜配合物,通过元素分析、红外光谱对配合物进行了表征,利用X单晶射线衍射仪测定了其结构。结构解析表明,该标题配合物属三斜晶系,空间群C2/c,晶胞参数a=2.0984(10)nm,b=0.7535(3)nm,c=1.3555(6)nm;α=90°,β=90.8980(10)°,γ=90°,V=2.1432(16)nm3,Z=8,Dc=1.783g.cm-3,F(000)=1184,μ=2.059mm-1,最终偏差因子(对I>2σ(I)的衍射点),R1=0.0216,wR2=0.0654,对全部衍射点R1=0.0249,wR2=0.0664。在该配合物中,每个配体分别与两个中心金属离子螯合作用。每个铜离子均采用扭曲的三角双锥结构,分别与配体中的一个N原子,末端两个羧基上的氧原子以及两个水分子配位。
In this paper, binuclear copper complexes were synthesized from CuCl2 and ethylene glycol bis (α-aminoethyl) ether tetraacetic acid in methanol and aqueous solution. The complex was characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The structure was measured. The structure analysis shows that the title complex belongs to the triclinic system with the space group C2 / c. The unit cell parameters are a = 2.0984 (10) nm, b = 0.7535 (3) nm, c = 1.3555 °, β = 90.8980 (10) °, γ = 90 °, V = 2.1432 (16) nm3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.783g.cm-3, F (000) = 1184, μ = 2.059mm-1, Final deviation factor (diffraction point for I> 2σ (I)), R1 = 0.0216, wR2 = 0.0654, R1 = 0.0249 for all diffraction spots and wR2 = 0.0664. In this complex, each ligand chelates with two central metal ions, respectively. Each copper ion uses a twisted triangular bipyramidal structure, which coordinates with one N atom in the ligand and two oxygen atoms and two water molecules at the two terminal carboxyl groups respectively.
