目的 为研究疫苗在肿瘤防治领域的应用。方法 选择了以MCA38肿瘤细胞作为体外冲击树状突细胞的肿瘤抗原来源 ,以C57BL/ 6 (H - 2 6)近交系小鼠为实验动物制备树状突细胞疫苗并建立动物实验。结果 树状突细胞疫苗接种组瘤重与对照组相比明显减小 (P <0 0 5 ) ,6 0d无肿瘤生长率明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 树状突细胞疫苗可有效抑制肿瘤的发生与生长
The purpose is to study the application of vaccine in the field of cancer prevention and treatment. Methods Tumor antigen derived from dendritic cells (MCA38) was selected as the source of tumor antigen in vitro. The dendritic cell vaccine was prepared from C57BL / 6 (H - 26) inbred mice and the animal experiment was established. Results The tumor weight of dendritic cell vaccination group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The tumor growth rate on the 60th day was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion dendritic cell vaccine can effectively inhibit the occurrence and growth of tumors
