目的 研究经口鼻蝶显微外科手术治疗垂体腺瘤的治疗效果。方法 对经蝶窦显微外科治疗的 38例垂体腺瘤从临床、血清激素测定及影象检查进行 1～ 6a的随访以判断疗效。结果 随访期间肿瘤控制率为 97% ,复发率 3%。结论 正确选择手术适应症、显微镜下手术、术后配合放疗是确保肿瘤不复发的重要环节
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of oral and nasal microsurgery on pituitary adenoma. Methods Thirty-eight cases of pituitary adenoma treated by microsurgical transsphenoidal microsurgery were followed up for 1 ~ 6a from clinical, serum hormone test and imaging examination to evaluate the curative effect. Results During follow-up, the tumor control rate was 97% and the recurrence rate was 3%.
