快速一氧化碳(CO)测定管是用来专门测定大气中CO含量的,此测定管通过红外线CO测定仪和日本UV—200 S型双光束紫外线分光光度计验证是可靠的。3年来,我们试用于临床,诊断CO中毒病人共42例,取得满意的效果,介绍如下: 一般资料42例中毒病人中,男性28例,女性14例,年龄5~72岁。中毒至来院就诊时间10分钟~1小时8例,1~2小时2l例,2~4小时13例。神志尚清者5例,昏迷33例,呼吸心跳停止者4例。采用CO测定管为北京市北苑中学测试中心生产。
