混凝土配合比是组成混凝土的各种材料的数量比例关系,它又分为设计配合比与施工配合比。设计配合比是理论计算结合取用本地区砂、石等材料通过大量试验后设计出来的。它指的是筛分和烘干后的纯干砂、石;而施工现场使用的砂子中,往往含有一定数量的石子和水,石子中也含有砂子和水。这是为求得准确的配合比所不容忽视的。如果工地现场按设计配合比配制混凝土,必须将现场大量的砂、石进行筛分和烘干,需要花费大量的劳
Concrete mix ratio is the proportion of various materials that make up concrete. It is divided into design mix ratio and construction mix ratio. The design mix ratio is designed by combining theoretical calculations with the use of sand, stone, and other materials in the area after extensive testing. It refers to the dry sand and stone after screening and drying. The sand used in the construction site often contains a certain amount of stones and water. The stones also contain sand and water. This is not negligible in order to obtain an accurate mix ratio. If concrete is prepared at the site according to the design mix ratio, a large amount of sand and stones on the site must be sieved and dried. It takes a lot of labor.
