当今,能源短缺,环境污染,气候变化已成为人类社会面临的共同难题。因此,一场以转变能源生产、消费方式,推动科技革命、体制改革,实现国际合作为内容的能源革命正在兴起。这须要进一步发展新能源,同时实现传统能源的清洁、高效利用。近年来,我国在能源转型方面加快了行动步伐。一方面,发展以煤电为代表的传统能源的高效、超净发电技术;另一方面,促进以“互联网+”为特征的新能源发展。传统电力系统是通过发电侧功率的变更,来满足用电侧随机波动的需求,从而维持能源的平衡和电力系统的安全
Today, energy shortages, environmental pollution and climate change have become common problems facing humankind. Therefore, an energy revolution featuring transformation of energy production and consumption patterns, promotion of scientific and technological revolution, structural reform and realization of international cooperation is on the rise. This requires the further development of new energy while achieving the clean and efficient use of traditional energy. In recent years, China has accelerated its pace of energy transformation. On the one hand, the development of efficient and clean power generation technologies of traditional energy represented by coal power; on the other hand, promote the development of new energy characterized by “Internet +”. Traditional power system is through the power generation side of the power change, to meet the power side of the random fluctuations in demand, so as to maintain energy balance and power system security
