对于稳定问题,从中央到地方各级党组织都非常重视,先后下发了一系列文件,出台了许多重要举措,取得了显著效果。然而,在少数地方和单位由于种种原因,还时常引发一些不稳定的群体事件,或者酝酿着一些不稳定的因素。从而影响到当地的经济发展和正常的工作、生活秩序。最近,笔者结合丰城的实际就稳定问题作了一些调查和思考,觉得要从根本上搞好稳定工作,关键是要在平时抓好以下四个方面的基础工作。1、要不断加强基层党组织建设。多年来,许多地方和单位的经验教训反复证明:什么时候我们忽
As for the stability issue, the party organizations at the central and local levels attach great importance to it and successively issued a series of documents and promulgated many important measures with remarkable results.
