The revival of Confucianism in Song Dynasty produced an important milestone in the history of Chinese Confucianism - Songxue. The political reforms in the Song Dynasty were also prominent in Chinese history. In a very short period of time, two important reforms, namely the New Deal of Qing Dynasty and Wang Anshi’s reform, came one after another. Song Xue had a profound impact on Chinese society, but both reforms ended in failure. What is the relationship between the two, what is the revelation of China today, it is worth exploring.
