黑龙江省行政学院,是为了适应培训国家公务员的需要,经省委、省政府批准,于1990年8月在原黑龙江省宣传文教、行政管理干部学院的基础上改建而成的。建院6年来,共举办公务员培训班102个班次,15,362人。其中初任培训班11个班次,1,078人;岗位培训班17个班次,482人;师资培训班13个班次,334人;国家公务员基本知识培训班61个班次,13,578人。在培训公务员的工作实践中,我们最深刻的体会是,要搞好公务员培训工作,要建设好国家公务员培训基地,必须加强师资队伍建设,通过开展多种多样的教学活动,不断提高教学质量,提高学院的社会影响和知名度。我们的具体做法是:
