各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省直各单位:根据《国务院批转信息产业部关于地方电信管理机构组建方案的通知》(国发[2000]26号)和信息产业部《关于黑龙江省通信管理局组建方案的批复》(信部政[2000]1109号)精神,撤销省邮电管理局,成立省通信管理局。目前,省通信管理局已完成组建任务,为保证其正常开展工作,经省政府领导同意,现将有关事宜通知如下:一、省通信管理局是以信息产业部领导为主,接受信息产业部与省政府双重领导的行政机构,为正局(厅)级建制。
