目的探讨锥形束CT(Cone-Beam CT,CBCT)在取下颌舌侧软组织间隙内断根时的应用。方法回顾性分析2012年至2015年10例患者因断根误入下颌骨舌侧软组织间隙内治疗的临床资料。通过术前CBCT定位断根在软组织间隙的位置,选择相应的方法进行手术。结果误入下颌骨舌侧软组织间隙内断根的牙根均被取出,术后创口一期愈合,未见明显并发症发生。结论 CBCT的应用提高了定位的准确性,便于手术方案的选择,大大节省了手术操作时间。
Objective To investigate the application of Cone-Beam CT (CBCT) in the removal of maxillary lingual soft tissue gap. Methods The clinical data of 10 patients who had been mistakenly involved in the lingual soft tissue space of mandible during 10 years from 2012 to 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. By preoperative CBCT positioning root position in the soft tissue clearance, select the appropriate method for surgery. The results were strayed into the soft tissue of the lingual soft tissue gap roots were removed, a wound healed after surgery, no significant complications occurred. Conclusion The application of CBCT improves the accuracy of positioning and facilitates the selection of surgical plans, which saves the operation time greatly.
