乐清湾1号桥采用的是“短线法”预制节段拼装工艺,精度要求高,测量难度大。经与同行业咨询后,未发现有特别的节段梁测设方法,多数还是采用基本放样手段,通过控制“轴线”然后靠工人的操作熟练度来完成测设,随机性太大。通过研究和理论误差分析,发现控制墩顶块的“平面旋转”才是控制拼装线形的关键点,并借此创新测设工艺、精确控制其空间姿态、加强梁体的变形观测,实现了墩顶块的精确定位。工后检测显示,各项精度指标均符合要求。
