本文就初中英语的分层教学实施作分析,旨在阐述运用该种教学方式对满足不同层次和类型学生语言学习发展需要所起到的促进作用。分层教学就是体现因材施教中的“生本主义”教学理念,让学生能够在各自接受发展区域内不断发展提升。分层教学实施应该在优化课程教学资源和教学模式基础上,围绕学生认知差异来设计多元教学目标,引导学生主动参与课程教学,让学生能够在各自不同的发展空间中自由发展,满足学习发展需求。
This article analyzes the implementation of the hierarchical teaching of junior high school English, aims to explain the use of this kind of teaching methods to meet the needs of different levels and types of students to promote the role of language learning. Hierarchical teaching is to reflect the “student-oriented” teaching philosophy of teaching students in accordance with their aptitudes, so that students can continue to develop and enhance within their respective accepted development zones. Layered teaching should be based on optimizing teaching resources and teaching mode, based on the cognitive differences between students to design multiple teaching objectives, and guide students to take the initiative to participate in teaching, so that students can freely develop in their respective space for development to meet the learning and development demand.
