法律援助制度是体现平等、构建和谐的民生工作,随着近20多年发展,目前存在着缺乏法律体系支撑、经费投入不足、社会参与度不够、工作机构和队伍建设等问题。文章针对以上问题,提出加强和改进法律援助制度的几点建议。
The legal aid system is a people’s livelihood that embodies equality and build a harmonious life. With the development of nearly 20 years, there is a lack of legal system support, inadequate funding, inadequate social participation, work organization and contingent building. In view of the above problems, the article puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen and improve the legal aid system.
