从目前来看,国外政府部门法律顾问制度发展比较成熟,但是,在我国还处于探索阶段,制度建设不完善,还有很多内容进行深入研究。在政府法律顾问制度建设的过程中需要对法律顾问的地位进行确定,并需要明确法律顾问的地位、权利、职责,这样才能够建立科学的政府法律顾问制度。
Judging from the current situation, the system of legal consultants in foreign government departments is relatively mature. However, in our country, we are still at an exploratory stage, and the system construction is imperfect. There are many contents for further study. In the course of the construction of government legal consultant system, the legal adviser status needs to be determined, and the status, rights and duties of the legal consultant need to be clearly defined so that a scientific system of government legal consultants can be established.
