目的:比较了白矾、白矾炮制中药及其水煎剂中的铝含量,以及在小鼠血、脑内的分布。方法:用铬天菁显色法测定了白矾、白矾炮制中药及其水煎剂中铝含量,用原子吸收分光光度法测血、脑铝含量。结果:白矾中的铝含量与白矾炮制中药及其水煎剂相比都是最高的;各药按照铝含量相同的剂量给药后,小鼠血、脑内的铝分布情况相似。结论:白矾、白矾炮制中药中的铝在小鼠血、脑中的分布与给铝量有关,白矾炮制中药不促进其中铝的吸收
OBJECTIVE: To compare the content of aluminum in traditional Chinese medicine and water decoction of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Angelica sinensis and its distribution in blood and brain of mice. Methods: The contents of aluminum in traditional Chinese medicine and water decoction of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Paeoniae Alba were determined by Chromocyanine colorimetry. The contents of blood and brain Al were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. RESULTS: The aluminum content in white peony root was highest compared with that of Chinese wolfberry Chinese medicine and its water decoction. The distribution of aluminum in the blood and brain of mice was similar after each drug was administered at the same dose of aluminum. Conclusion: The distribution of aluminum in the blood and brains of mice treated with Radix Paeoniae Alba and Angelica sinensis is related to the amount of aluminum. The Chinese traditional medicine of Radix Paeoniae Alba does not promote the absorption of aluminum.
