1989年6月6日至9日,冶金管理现代化学会在上钢三厂召开了冶金企业基层管理第二次学术会议。参加会议的有23个单位、41名代表。除少数厂处级干部外,大多数是来自基层的车间主任、工段长、作业长和班组长。会议收到的论文也大多出自他们之手。会议围绕“怎样加强企业基层管理”问题,宣读了论文,进行了探讨,建立了学术组织,研究了今后学术活动计划。代表们普遍反映,这是一次颇具特色、颇有收获的会议。
June 6, 1989 to 9, the Institute of Metallurgical Modernization held in the steel plant three metallurgical enterprises grassroots management of the second academic conference. There were 23 units and 41 delegates attending the meeting. In addition to a few factory-level cadres, most are from the grassroots workshop director, section chief, operating director and team leader. Most of the papers that the conference received were also from them. The conference centered on the issue of “How to Strengthen Grass-roots Management in Enterprises”, read out the dissertations, explored it, established academic organizations and studied plans for academic activities in the future. Delegates generally reflected that this is a rather unique and rewarding meeting.
