冶金管理现代化学会第三次理事会于1989年7月25日至30日在山东烟台召开。参加会议的有23个单位、34名代表,中国金属学会常务副理事长陆达同志到会作了重要讲话。会议由学会理事长凌华偆、副理事长毕梦林、邬大震共同主持。会上认真总结了一年来学会的工作,讨论了下年度工作计划,举行了首届冶金经济科学和管理科学优秀论文颁发证书仪式,圆满完成了预期任务。
The third council of Metallurgical Management Modern Society was held in Yantai, Shandong from July 25 to July 30, 1989. Attending the meeting, 23 units, 34 delegates, executive vice president of China Metal Society Comrade Lu Da made an important speech to the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Academician Ling Hua 偆, Vice Chairman Bi Menglin and Wu Dazhen. At the meeting, he earnestly summarized the work learned in the past year, discussed the work plan for the next fiscal year, held the first ceremony of awarding certificates for outstanding papers in metallurgy, economics, science and management, and successfully completed the expected tasks.
