企业经营管理人才是经济和社会发展的稀缺资源,是企业的灵魂,承担着聚集信息、资本、人才、技术等资源,通过创新和有效组合,为社会提供产品和服务的重任,其数量的多少、素质的高低直接关系到企业的兴衰成败。作为中原经济区的一个重要增长点,漯河要实现超常规、跨越式发展,必须要有一支素质优良、结构合理、配置科学的企业经营管理人才队伍。为进一步摸清情况、发现问题、提出对策,2013年1月,漯河市人才交流中心联合市人力资源开发协会,通过发放情况统计表、调查问卷、召开座谈会等方法,对全市50家规模以上企业进行了抽样调研。现将有关情况分析如下。
