本文应用2×C表线性回归显著性检验原理对恶性肿瘤致死特点作趋势研究,结合减寿分析方法探讨该死因死亡对居民健康影响。结果表明:7年间本地区恶性肿瘤死亡构成比为20.43%,居全国死因顺位第二位,标化死亡率达121.50/12万,死亡率递增有显著意义,肺癌、肝癌死亡率上升贡献比突出,性别恶性肿瘤死因别肝癌死亡率差异最显著;1~70岁居民恶性肿瘤平均死亡率为78.74/10万,减寿率11.87‰,减寿率递减有显著意义。结果提示恶性肿瘤将是威胁居民健康的主要原因,但对寿命损失影响程度递减。
In this paper, the principle of linear regression of the 2×C table is used to study the trend of lethality of malignant tumors, and the effect of death from the cause of death on the health of residents is explored in conjunction with the analytical method of life loss. The results showed that the proportion of deaths from malignant tumors in the region was 20.43% in 7 years, ranking the second in the nation’s death causes. The standardized mortality rate was 121.50/120,000. Mortality increased significantly, and lung cancer and liver cancer died. The rate of increase in contribution ratio was prominent, and the mortality rate of sex cancer was the most significant among the deaths of other cancers; the average mortality rate of malignant tumors among residents aged 1 to 70 years was 78.74/100,000, and the life-threatening rate was 11.87‰. The decrease in life-saving rate was significant. significance. The results suggest that malignant tumors will be the main threat to the health of residents, but the impact on life loss will diminish.
