胸部手术后疼痛是增加术后并发症的重要原因之一。我院近2年来采用Sa－banathan倡导的持续胸膜外肋间神经阻滞（continuousextrapleuralintercostalnerveblockCEINB）方法用于开胸术后镇痛[1]，效果满意，现报告如下：临床资料和方法25例创胸术后病人，男19例，女6例。年龄46～
Pain after chest surgery is one of the important causes of increased postoperative complications. In the past two years, our institute has adopted the method of continuous extrapleural intercostal nerve block (CEINB) advocated by Sa-banathan for postoperative analgesia after thoracotomy [1].
