面向21世纪教学改革的几点思考

近年来,职业教育教学改革虽然取得了长足进步,然而,面对21世纪的挑战,职业教育仍然存在诸多问题,这些问题如果不能很好地解决,将严重制约职业教育的发展。本文拟从以下几个方面,对职业教育教学改革面临的挑战进行分析,并提出回应挑战的思路与对策。一、目标互斥社会经济发展历程中经常面临“目标多元化”问题,包括政府的目标多元化问题、企业的目标多元化问题等。尤其在全球经济竞争日趋激烈的今天,多元目标往往是互斥目标。职业教育面临的情况亦如此。在教育目标上,最近的一种提法很有代表性:“就业可上岗,升学有 In recent years, although the teaching reform in vocational education has made great strides, in the 21st century, there are still many problems in vocational education. This article intends to analyze the challenges that the vocational education and teaching reform faces from the following aspects and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures to respond to the challenges. I. Mutual Exclusion of Objectives In the course of social and economic development, we often face the issue of ”diversification of objectives“, including the diversification of the government’s objectives and the diversification of enterprises. Especially in today’s increasingly fierce global economic competition, multiple goals are often mutually exclusive goals. The same is true of vocational education.
