两个不同的芳基硫醇在乙腈中,三氯异氰尿酸(0.33倍摩尔量)作用下,-20℃反应5 min,生成相应的不对称二硫醚,10例有9例收率8l%~93%。合成芳基-烷基二硫醚9例收率65.2%~97.8%,烷基-烷基二硫化合醚4例收率50.1%~85.5%。
The reaction of two different aryl thiols in acetonitrile and trichloroisocyanuric acid (0.33 fold molar amount) for 5 min at -20 ℃ resulted in the formation of the corresponding asymmetric disulfides. The yield of 9 % ~ 93%. The yield of synthetic aryl-alkyl disulfide in 9 cases was 65.2% -97.8%, and the yield of alkyl-alkyl disulfide ether in 4 cases was 50.1% -85.5%.
