料石在建筑中大都用于装饰工程,它的安装误差一般不超过2mm。因此,保护石料棱角在操作中不被碰坏及准确就位是大块料石安装中的主要问题。抚顺市某纪念塔改建工程多为料石安装,全塔由2230块料石组成。其中塔身218块,地面、平台、灯座、台阶2012块。单块料石重量为110~960kg。在塔身料石安装中采用了斜打孔吊装工艺,用31天完成了塔身料石安装任务,质量良好。在平台、灯座及台阶料石安装中,试用了吸盘吊装工艺,解决了吸盘在粗糙料石表
Stones are mostly used for decoration works in buildings, and their installation errors are generally not more than 2mm. Therefore, the protection of the stone corners from being broken and accurately in place during operation is a major problem in the installation of large stone blocks. The reconstructed project of a certain memorial tower in Fushun City was mostly built of stone and the whole tower was composed of 2230 stone blocks. Among them, there are 218 towers, floors, platforms, lamp holders and steps 2012 blocks. The single stone weight is 110-960kg. In the installation of the tower body stone, a diagonal drilling and lifting process was adopted. The installation of the tower body stone was completed in 31 days and the quality was good. In the platform, lamp holder and step stone installation, the suction cup lifting process was tried to solve the sucker in the rough stone table
