目的总结急性阑尾炎的手术治疗经验及术后并发症的防治措施。方法回顾性分析2009～2011年我院收治的58例急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料。结果对不同类型阑尾炎患者采用不同手术治疗方法,获得显著疗效。结论手术治疗急性阑尾炎应根据其类型选择合适的手术方法,术中术后注意预防并发症的发生,才能取得良好疗效。
Objective To summarize the experience of surgical treatment of acute appendicitis and prevention and treatment of postoperative complications. Methods The clinical data of 58 patients with acute appendicitis treated in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Different types of appendicitis patients with different surgical treatment methods, to obtain a significant effect. Conclusion Surgical treatment of acute appendicitis should be based on the type of surgery to choose the appropriate surgical attention to prevent postoperative complications in order to achieve good results.
