“I.A.C.P”是“International Association of Chiefs of Police”的缩写,意即“世界警察长官协会”。其成立于1893年,目的是通过警察长官间的聚会,对各种犯罪事件、搜查方法和训练项目等进行交流,以提高警力。随着国际形势的变化,近年来,协会工作重点已经转移到反恐等领域。I.A.C.P展会每年一届,本文介绍的已经是第115届,有如此长久历史的展会确实非常惊人。本次展会有100多个国家的警察代表参与,与会人数达到1.9万人。近年来的高科技警用产品是其中的亮点。
“I.A.C.P ” is the acronym for “International Association of Chiefs of Police ”, meaning “Association of World Police Officials ”.
