在平炉冶炼低淬钢时,因为钢中硅、锰含量要求很低,只能在扩散脱氧后加少量低硅铁进行炉前沉淀脱氧,所以脱氧很不完全,使碳的成份波动较大。在冶炼后期,锰在高温下要自然还原,因此在整个冶炼过程中对锰要严格控制。另外,过高的钢液温度也是钢坯产生表面结疤、裂纹的主要原因。所以在冶炼方面,严格控制碳、锰成份和出钢温度,是冶炼低淬钢的关键。自1972年来,我厂用100吨碱性平炉共冶炼22炉低淬钢,其中55DTi 钢16炉、60DTi 钢4炉、70DTi 钢2炉,共生产钢材1500余吨。冶金生产工艺定型,冶金质量良好,55DTi 钢已转入批量生产。

Metallurgical production process stereotypes, metallurgical quality is good, 55DTi steel has been transferred to mass production.
