随着产品质量要求的不断提高,研磨加工已成为相当重要的工序。为了实现研磨工作机械化,广大职工在技术革命运动中创造了多种不同形式的研磨机。1964年1期本刊曾报道了沈阳气体压缩机厂吴家柱同志创造的平面振动研磨机(这种研磨机是以电动机作为振源的)。这次我们又报道了以压缩空气和电磁铁做振源的平面振动研磨机。这两种研磨机在结构上与吴家柱同志所创造的研磨机大体相同,因此这里将偏重于介绍其各自不同部分,各厂可根据本单位不同情况参考采用。
With the continuous improvement of product quality requirements, grinding has become a very important process. In order to mechanize grinding work, the majority of workers created many different types of grinding machines during the technical revolution movement. 1964 1 issue of this journal has been reported by Shenyang Gas Compressor Factory Comrade Wu Jiazhu created by the plane vibration grinder (this grinder is a motor as a vibration source). This time we also reported a planar vibratory mill with compressed air and electromagnets as the source of vibrations. These two grinders are roughly the same in structure as comrades created by Comrade Wu Jiazhu, so here we will focus on introducing their respective different parts and the factories may refer to them for different situations.
