行业的科学记述与事业的科学发展,是互为因果的。事业的科学发展有利于行业志的科学记述与总结,而行业志的科学记述反过来又促进事业的科学发展。相比同类志书,方志出版社2008年出版的《湖南省烟草志》的整体水平和科学化程度比较高,这是应该充分肯定的。
