Analysis of South Korea’s Overseas Investment Legal System Wang Zhirong, Zhang Tao South Korea is a model that has been quite successful for developing countries in overseas investment. Its success is due in large part to its increasingly well-established overseas investment law system. This article intends to introduce it from four aspects, namely, examination and approval supervision, guarantee, support and taxation of overseas investment in order to supervise and promote China’s overseas investment.
