公共图书馆作为公共文化服务的重要组成部分,秉承提升公民素质、传承优秀文化的宗旨,为公众提供各种通俗读物、音像资料、公共信息、互联网接入并开展社会公益活动。社会力量的加入,为公共图书馆的建设注入了一股活力,增添了一份新气象。以杨浦区图书馆主题馆为例,探讨了社会力量参与主题馆建设的途径、存在的问题和解决的方法。
Public libraries, as an important part of public cultural services, uphold the principle of enhancing citizens’ qualities and inheriting outstanding culture, provide public access to various kinds of popular books, audiovisual materials, public information, Internet access and carry out social welfare activities. The addition of social forces infused a vitality into the construction of public libraries and added a new dimension to the public library. Taking the theme pavilion of Yangpu District Library as an example, this paper explores the ways social forces participate in the construction of the theme pavilion, existing problems and solutions.
