我们先后于1980年及1981年在某恶性疟疾流行地区用复方硝喹防治疟疾。为了解硝喹的防疟效果及人群抗体变化情况,于1981年疟疾流行季节前期、服预防药之前的4月29日及服预防药后、流行季节后期的9月28日两次采取同一人群血液标本(其中有部分人只有一次标本),用间接法免疫荧光技术,进行人群抗疟原虫抗体水平的调查。选择当地某公社的两个重点疟区甲村及乙村作为调查地点。
We took control of compound quinqueflamidone in malaria-endemic areas in 1980 and 1981 respectively.
