最小氧气浓度是可燃气体和液体蒸气的重要安全参数之一.对最小氧气浓度的理论计算方法进行了研究,同时对最小氧气浓度的影响因素进行了分析探讨,得出它要受到温度、压力和惰性气体等因素的影响.阐明了最小氧气浓度与爆炸下限是一一对应的关系;使用理论计算值应注意附加一定的安全系数;可通过减少反应中氧浓度、降压、降温、加入惰性气体等办法,以缩小爆炸极限范围、增大最小氧气浓度,从而将其控制在爆炸范围之外.图1,表4,参9.
