目的 :制备吡罗昔康 (PIX)栓剂 ,并采用高效液相色谱法测定PIX栓剂的含量。方法 :采用Hypersil C1 8柱(5 μm,5mm× 2 5 0mm) ;以甲醇 磷酸盐溶液 (5 0∶5 0 )为流动相 ;流速 :1ml·min- 1 ;检测器 :紫外检测器 ;检测波长 :3 60nm ;灵敏度 :0 .0 4AUFS。结果 :在 15 .96~ 5 5 .86μg·ml- 1 浓度范围内呈线性关系 (r =0 .9992 ) ,平均回收率为10 0 .6% ,相对标准偏差为 1.1%。结论 :该方法可靠 ,稳定 ,灵敏度高 ,适用于吡罗昔康栓剂的质量控制。
Objective: To prepare piroxicam suppository and determine the content of PIX suppository by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Hypersil C1 8 column (5 μm, 5 mm × 250 mm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and phosphate (50:50). The flow rate was 1 ml · min-1. Detector: UV detector. Wavelength: 3 60nm; Sensitivity: 0. 4AUFS. Results: The linear range was 15.96 ~ 55.86 μg · ml-1 (r = 0.9992). The average recovery was 100.6% and the relative standard deviation was 1.1%. Conclusion: The method is reliable, stable and sensitive. It is suitable for the quality control of piroxicam suppository.
