肥胖是过多的脂肪在人体内堆积,而运动则是增加机体对脂肪的消耗。因此,运动是肥胖者很好的“减肥剂”。但肥胖的老年人多有冠心病、高血压、形体肥胖、行动笨拙;加之减肥心切,运动过量,致使不少老年人因此而发生严重病症。肥胖的老年人运动时,应注意下列事项:
Obesity is too much fat accumulation in the body, while exercise is to increase the body’s consumption of fat. Therefore, exercise is good for obese “slimming agent ”. However, many elderly people with obesity have coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, physical obesity, and clumsiness in their actions. Coupled with their obesity and over-exercise, many elderly people experience severe illness. Obese seniors should pay attention to the following when exercising:
