1.前言长期以来人们认为“体育”就是“身体训练”加道德教育,健康教育被认为是卫生部门的事。到了20世纪80年代末一种以促进学生身心全面发展为主要目标、追求综合教学效果的新的体育教学思想形成后,人们才认识到:体育锻炼主要是增强体质,增进健康;而健康教育则是维护健康,促进体能发展。但即便如此,健康教育并未受到应有的重视,甚至处于可有可无的地位。即使开设健康教育课的学校,也多把健康教育与体育分开进行。健康教育偏重于知识的灌输,体育教学偏重于技术传授。两者分开的结果导致所学的技术技能在实际生活中用不上,健康知识又与实践相脱节,成为空谈。无论是体育还是健康教育,现有工作状况都不够理想。学校领导和教师应多研究学生生长发育的情况,选择真正适合大学生身心发展规律的教学内容。大学教育是形成教育,它将对学生的一生都产生影响。因而强调大学体育与健康教育的结合有其重要及长远的意义。
1. Foreword People have long considered “physical education” as “physical training” plus moral education, and health education is considered as a matter for the health sector. By the late 1980s, a new idea of physical education that focused on promoting the all-round development of students’ mind and body formed after the formation of a new teaching philosophy of physical education, people realized that physical exercise mainly enhances physical fitness and enhances health while that of health education Is to maintain health and promote physical development. But even then, health education has not received the attention it deserves and even is dispensable. Even schools that have health education classes tend to separate health education from physical education. Health education focuses on the instilling of knowledge, physical education emphasis on technology transfer. As a result of the separation of the two, the technical skills learned can not be used in real life, and the knowledge of health is out of step with the practice and becomes empty talk. Either physical education or health education, the current working conditions are not ideal. School leaders and teachers should study more about the growth and development of students and choose the teaching content that really suits the law of physical and mental development of college students. University education is the formation of education, it will have an impact on students’ lives. Therefore, it is of great and long-term significance to emphasize the combination of university sports and health education.
