结合昆明冶研新材料股份有限公司四氯化硅综合利用节能降耗技改项目,对8个高塔保温施工中落地式脚手架设计、重难点进行分析,考虑脚手架方案属较大危险性分项工程,提出落地式脚手架设计可与塔设备本体部份操作平台结合,通过方案设计与验算,能有效提高脚手架方案安全、可靠性,最终选择落地式钢管脚手架方案与塔平台综合应用,并介绍了施工操作要点。实践表明,采用该方案的施工安全达到预期效果。
