本文报道从接种乙型肝炎疫苗的献血员血中采集高滴度的抗-HBs血浆制备高效价抗-HBs(HBIG);并用它对HBsAg阳性母亲所生的62名婴儿中的31名,于生后1小时内作免疫注射。结果无1例婴儿HBsAg阳转,而未作注射的另31名婴儿,HBsAg阳转率达54.8％。这种免疫注射,每一婴儿每一疗程只需5mlHBIG,保护效果达国内外先进水平。
In this paper, we report the high titers of anti-HBs plasma from blood donors vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine to prepare high-titer anti-HBs (HBIG); and use it for 31 out of 62 infants born to HBsAg-positive mothers 1 hour after birth for immunization. Results None of the infants had HBsAg positive, while 31 infants without injection had HBsAg positive rate of 54.8%. This immunization injection, each baby only 5mlHBIG treatment, the protective effect of domestic and foreign advanced level.
