10月12日,马云在出席中国计算机大会时首次公开表态称,虽然外资是阿里巴巴的控股大股东,但外资不会控制公司,自己会掌控阿里巴巴的未来。想不到马云信心满满发表完演讲不到两日,阿里巴巴的控制权就面临新的考验。美国时间10月14日,由于《华尔街日报》报道美国在线(AOL)近日就收购雅虎一事与包括银湖(Silver Lake Partners)、黑石(Blackstone Group LP)在内的数家PE机构接触,雅虎股价周三大涨12.92%。紧随其后,彭博社又报道称,“雅虎将在高盛协助下对AOL收购举措进行防御”。至少截至目前,这场收购案所涉各方均未对媒体上述报道做出公开回应,但业界的热议已被触发,而中国本土最关心的问题当然是——马云怎么办?
