利用非贵金属对HZSM—5进行改性,测试了催化剂的基本物理性质。研究了轻烃(C_3-C_9)在不同金属改性的ZSM-5沸石催化剂上的芳构化,筛选出了适合轻烃芳构化的非贵金属催化剂。在进行条件试验时,找出了最佳操作参数。并在该操作条件下进行了10kg级(催化剂填装量)的中试催化剂寿命评价试验1000h,混合芳烃总平均收率可达 51. 26%。
HZSM-5 was modified with non-precious metal to test the basic physical properties of the catalyst. The aromatization of light hydrocarbon (C_3-C_9) on ZSM-5 zeolite modified with different metals was studied. A non-noble metal catalyst suitable for the light hydrocarbon aromatization was screened out. During the qualification test, the best operating parameters were found. And under the operating conditions of 10kg class (catalyst loading) of the pilot catalyst life test 1000h, the total average yield of mixed aromatic up to 51. 26%.
