This paper studies the complex word translation from the aspects of semantic meaning and pragmatic meaning in semiotic linguistics. This study shows that the pragmatic usage of words is the same. The pragmatic meaning and semantic meaning of words are cross and directly translated by semantic meaning. On the contrary, there is no cross and the translation of the equivalent words with adjacent words is required. I.
