目前设计计算冻结壁所沿用的拉麦公式或多姆克公式,都是把冻结壁看作内表面裸露的厚壁圆筒,而未考虑双层井壁结构中的外层井壁对冻结壁的作用,因此其计算结果偏于安全,并且随着冻结深度增加冻结壁厚度的计算值也过大。本文认为,在冻结井筒中,冻结壁与外井壁可共同承受周围地压,它们可作为复合结构按一个共同作用的受力系统来设计。
At present, the Lamech formula or Domok formula used to calculate the frozen wall are all designed to consider the frozen wall as a bare thick cylinder with an inner surface without considering the fact that the outer sidewall in the double-wall structure has no effect on the frozen wall Therefore, its calculation result is biased to safety, and the calculated value of the frozen wall thickness is too large as the freezing depth increases. This paper argues that in the frozen wellbore, the frozen wall and the outer wellbore can withstand the surrounding ground pressure together, and they can be designed as a co-acting force system as a composite structure.
