近3年来我们先后遇到眼眶内巨大木质异物存留、眼眶戳伤及严重眼球破裂共3例,他们入院时都只有眼前光感、光感可疑,经过抢救以后均能恢复良好视力,现报道如下:例1:陈某、男、20岁,住院号68341,因建房不慎于高5米处跌下,右眼撞于篱笆,眶睑戳通四小时于1980年10月15日急诊住院。眶部检查:右眼视力可疑光感。上睑鼻侧有不整齐横形裂伤多处,近鼻上眶缘处,有一很深创口,内有褐色木块嵌塞在眶内。球结膜轻度充血、水肿;角膜、前房、虹膜无异常;瞳孔直径约7mm散大,直接光反
