《药品管理法》第34条规定,超过有效期的药品为劣药、安禁止生产、销售。因此,对有效期的药品,应该加强管理,凡超过有效期的药品,不得再销售、使用。可是,从我县自1987年以来一年一度的基层医药单位药品外观质量检查情况来看,每年查出的过期失效药品几乎均占查出的不合格药品的半数以上(见附表Ⅰ),从常州市历年来对基层医药单位药品(中、西成药)外观质量检查的结果来看,也是过期失效药品居各类不合格药品之首(见附表Ⅱ)。可见基层医药单位对有效期药品的管理尚
Article 34 of the “Drug Administration Law” stipulates that drugs that have expired are substandard drugs, and no drugs are allowed to be manufactured and sold.
