建立RP-HPLC法同时测定何首乌中8种活性成分的方法,其中2种二苯乙烯类(白藜芦醇苷、白藜芦醇)和6种黄酮类(芦丁、木樨草素、槲皮素、槲皮苷、山奈酚和异红草素)。采用kromasil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇(A):水(B)为流动相梯度洗脱。流速1 mL/min,二苯乙烯类和黄酮类分别在320、350 nm波长下检测。结果2种二苯乙烯类和6种黄酮类与色谱峰面积均呈良好的线形关系,r>0.9995,平均回收率为96.8%-102.5%,RSD均小于4.8%。结果证明本方法可用于何首乌活性成分的含量测定,也可用于何首乌药材的质量控制。
A method for simultaneous determination of eight active ingredients in Radix Polygoni Multiflori by RP-HPLC was established. Two of the two stilbenes (polydatin, resveratrol) and six flavonoids (rutin, clodrin, quercetin Prime, quercetin, kaempferol and isorubin). Kromasil C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and methanol (A): water (B) were used as mobile phases. The flow rate was 1 mL / min, and the stilbenes and flavones were detected at 320 and 350 nm respectively. Results The two stilbenes and six flavonoids showed a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area. The average recovery was 96.8% -102.5% and the RSD was less than 4.8%. The results show that the method can be used for the determination of active ingredients of Polygonum multiflorum, Polygonum multiflorum can also be used for quality control.
