[目的]探讨康复新液治疗小儿手足口病的有效性和安全性。[方法]150例手足口病(普通病例)患儿随机分成两组,治疗组75例使用康复新液口服和外用加利巴韦林颗粒口服,对照组75例采用利巴韦林颗粒等综合处理。[结果]治疗组显效率(40/75,53.3%)与对照组(18/75,24.0%),有显著性差异;治疗组总有效率(72/75,96.0%),与对照组(51/75,68.0%)相比较,也有显著性差异。[结论康复新液治疗小儿手足口病有显著疗效并且安全无毒副作用,值得临床推广
[Objective] To investigate the effectiveness and safety of Kangfuxin solution in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease in children. [Method] 150 cases of hand, foot and mouth disease (common case) were randomly divided into two groups. 75 cases in the treatment group were given Kangfuxin liquid orally and topical plus ribavirin granules orally, and 75 cases in the control group were combined with ribavirin granules deal with. [Results] The effective rate (40/75, 53.3%) in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group (18/75, 24.0%). The total effective rate (72/75, 96.0%) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group 51/75, 68.0%), there are also significant differences. [Conclusion Kangfuxin solution for the treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease has a significant effect and safety, non-toxic side effects, it is worth to clinical promotion
